Through an affiliate, PennAtlas.ai leases each building and runs reverse logistics and storage in it: returns processing, disposition, fleet and equipment storage, and indoor and outdoor storage.

Related-party disclosure
PennAtlas Partners and PennAtlas.ai are affiliated. The property series leases its building to an affiliate of the operator, so the sponsor effectively sets both sides of the lease: rent, term, escalations, and remedies.
Limited partners are paid from that rent. This is a conflict of interest. The offering documents describe the conflicts and how they are handled. Read them before investing.
